The lady at the front desk was helping a gentleman when I arrived. She did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way as I stood there for 5 minutes until she was done with the gentleman. Other than that, this is your average Fairfield chain hotel. There is a Bennigans restaurant (with bar) within walking distance. There was a black woman working the breakfast area in the morning. She was very attentive to the customers and deserves a mention. Breakfast has protein options. I would check other options as well if I were to stay in this area again.

The staff was very helpful and informative. Nice size rooms. Located close to attractions. Quiet and comfortable with a great breakfast buffet. Would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Staff was extra nice
Room was clean and comfortable
Nice Continental breakfast, better than your average one
Went to a concert at Soaring Eagle, and had no problem, obtaining a ride to and from concert
