Very nice stay for a low price.

We were needing a hotel and the one we normally go to was full, so we thought we would try the Heidelburg Motel and if was terrible we would not go back. This is a no-frills hotel but they state that upfront. They are currently doing some remodeling but it did not affect our stay. We were just looking for a cheap hotel in the area so we were not really expecting much, but we were surprised at how nice and clean the room was. The owner was very nice during check-in and he let us know if we needed anything to let him know. Now you have you remember this is a no-frills hotel, so there was no pool or breakfast but the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. For the price and how good the room was, we will be going back.

The hotel room was cheap but not very truthful. Was told that there was 1 standard Queen bed n 1 standard double bed. Both beds looked the same size. The bathroom did look disgusting, like it hasn't been cleaned.

Contre : Room 118 could use a little carpentry work trim was pulled out from wall around door. Looked like the door had been kicked in

Easy access from main highway and easy access to Amtrak train. Good for single guy that just needed a place to stay overnight. Seemed to be older place that's not bad but could use a little updating.

Not what we were expecting
Publié le 28 juill. 2015 sur HotelsWe had two rooms for our family at this motel. The rooms both smelled musty. The bedding looked as old as the building. There were holes in the blanket on one of the beds. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty.
