The staff were friendly and accommodating. One low mark for a leaking tub faucet, but once reported to the staff in the morning, they attended to it immediately. Great place to stay!

Value, convenient. The property was not as well maintained as expected with other Holiday Inns. Carpeted hallways, especially the elevator carpet was FILTHY.

We were visiting for a family wedding and it fit the bill. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very lovely and accommodating!

We have been visiting this hotel yearly,it didn't seem as clean and sanitary as previous years

Great choice if staying in Pittsburgh area. Super easy access to downtown and North Shore, maybe 5 or 10 minutes depending on traffic. Very close to Mt. Washington area with great views of the city. Love their Continental breakfast.
