We have been visiting this hotel yearly,it didn't seem as clean and sanitary as previous years

Overall good
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe were there for a wedding and chose this hotel as it was close to the church. We really didn't spend anytime at any restaurants or shops in Mt. Pleasant. The receptionist at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The common areas (elevator carpet, lobby and cafe upholstery could use some attention). There seems to be very little sound barrier. You can hear everything in the adjoining rooms and there is significant space under the room door so conversations late at night in the hallway kept waking us up. The free breakfast was VERY good. The hotel felt very safe as did the surrounding area. I thought the price of $164 for a night was high for a rural Holiday Express. Overall good.
