It's been 30 years since I stayed at this property. I expected it to be worn in and it was but clean. My two negatives were out of 3 lights in the room, only 1 had a bulb. Also when I showered the tub filled with water.

Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsThe Hotel was showing many signs of age. The condition of the room was not that good. Not just out of date, but damage to the walls, the toilet rocked back and forth and the room smelled musty. The air conditioner was dirty.

I wanted to say thank you to the gentleman working the nite shift. I requested a wake up call for 5:00am. The inside room did not work for him to ring it, so he actually took the time to personally walk to my room to knock on the door to make sure I was up.
Good customer service to me. I certainly appreciated that.
