worst motel flop house ever-i no longer believe in 'best western' badging or expedia screening for credible accommodations. The room was full of bugs, pool dirty, outside cluttered filthy obviously a long term residence for down and out. Fraud at its very best and the upcharging for this that and the other make the price quotes irrelevant.

All areas should be rated NA as I did not stay there on 9th of July. I was making a reservation on line while on a driving trip. When using nearest room , I was unintentionally booked in a room that was 30 miles from me in the wrong direction. The reservation was immediately voided by the hotel in Mt. Pleasant , Texas. Please void the charge by Expedia. Thank you

I came in for a one night business trip. It wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worse either. Room was clean, bed was comfy, jetted tub was clean. I would stay again. I was gone before breakfast so i dont know how their breakfast was.

It was clean and safe. The pool was a welcome sight at the end of a long drive. And the shower was great.

I ended up staying for four nights due to a needed auto repair. Compared to other properties in this price range? This place was the Taj Mahal! The room was large, clean and had NO bugs! The AC was ice cold! They were just getting the pool up and running but it was a really nice pool area with deck chairs and nice landscaping. Plenty of TV channels and good wifi. My only complaint is the TV's are pretty small.
