Très bon hôtel, personnel agréable Petit déjeuner complet Le seul petit souci rencontré est le problème de la douche, l’eau se coupant régulièrement, peut être dû au fait que nous étions au 4eme étage

Good stay with minute issues.

The stay here at the Tru was good. The property was clean, modern, nearby shops, restaurants and the hwy. Parking was fine. The bathroom and shower was clean! No mold in the corners or anything so I was happy with that in room. Room 439 was clean and smelled fresh. Only thing I hated in the room was the air conditioner. It worked excellent, but the whir of the air-conditioning coming on made me feel like a space ship was starting up with a loud hum, mixed in with a shrill car alarm going off until it cycled off. So if the tv was on you had to turn the tv then turn it down when the air went off. The only other thing was we got in late Saturday night and was planning on sleeping until the very last minute before checking out at noon ,however, the fire alarm went off and kinda ruined that at 9ish am. I called the front desk and luckily they answered and said someone burnt a bagel. Say what now the whole hotel got woke up over a burnt bagel. The front desk person was nice enough but acted as if this was an everyday occurrence. Overall I would stay here again.

Tru truly exceeded our expectations! Entire hotel is super chic and edgy! Never made it to breakfast from how amazing the beds felt but did get to get a wift of the smell before my workout at their gym and it smelled amazing! The gym truly has everything needed to get a good workout in while on vacation! Look forward to staying at this location again!

Good location. Very nice staff. Our room had a lot of road noise. Room was well appropriated. However, we have never had a handicap accessible room before with a tub instead of a shower. Very difficult to get in and out. And the seat for the tub was never installed. Breakfast was fair
