Disgusting bathrooms with cigarette burns all over. Dirty pool. Absolutely nothing within walking distance. Sketchy characters tried pressing us as we were unloading our car. Didn’t even stay the night, went to Mt. Shasta Inn which was much better.

Terrible hotel, stay away!
My stay was absolutely terrible. I arrived wet and cold and was told there was no heat or hot water at the hotel. I was meeting my son, who was arriving via motorcycle after a 14 hour ride. I could not change hotels as the cancellation period was over and my son was coming to this agreed upon meeting point. I had to take my son to a truck stop for a hot shower. We were given a portable heater which kept blowing the fuse in our room. I was offered an $8 discount on the $80 room. The front desk staff was quite nice but told me they were new and not able to help in any way. I will be seeking a full refund.

Poor facilities management. First room had heat, no tv. Nice young man assigned 2nd room: tv worked, zero heat. 3rd room had to and some heat since it was late and tired of moving luggage around. Gave up and settled on 3rd room which had tv and some heat. Would not recommend unless you’re desperate.
