Expected more from this chain, as it is usually excellent on all counts. Room was clean but HVAC vent in ceiling was filthy & sink wouldn't drain properly. No printed channel guide (no guide on TV). Asked for it at front desk, but they couldn't be bothered to run one up. Excellent breakfast but disappointed that hot water dispenser wasn't provided alongside coffee dispensers for making tea (no tea packets, either). FOX "news" on lobby TV - really? After settling for $170 million in lawsuit exposing their deception & lies? You can do better.

The room stunk of musty and mold so bad I asked to be moved but no other rooms available, they provided a fan and I had to leave door open to draw in clean air to be able to breathe! It was horrible!
