We loved it so much, we came back again!

Plenty of space for everyone to do their own activities, lots of beds, and a decently stocked kitchen. We'll probably be back in the Spring for round 3!

Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe wanted a spot for a cozy crafting and reading weekend, and this was exactly what we were looking for! There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and do whatever they wanted to do. The waterfront access was a fantastic bonus, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and everything we would need to cook with. The hot tub was toasty, the views were great, and we're already planning our next vacation here for the Fall.
Be aware that, although there are plenty of coffee makers in the kitchen, no coffee is provided. Not a big deal, we just didn't realize it, and the nearest store is about half an hour away.
Overall, fantastic, peaceful, and beautiful - and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot
Publié le 13 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayLovely home and location. Comfortable beds. Nice gas fireplaces made it cozy. We loved finding our favorite movies on VHS! Such a fun nostalgic piece- we watched a bunch of them, not even touching the DVDs ☺️

Family getaway
Publié le 9 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house worked beautifully for our 3 generation family get-together. Location is outstanding, and we were able to take full advantage of the dock and the lake with a gorgeous weekend.
The kitchen is well stocked, lots of puzzles, activities for everyone.

summer family gathering
Publié le 28 août 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful spot although dock is across the road down a very steep slope. Everything in house was great but bedding needs to be updated. Kitchen island was great spot to fill with food the entire weekend. Made music and good memories though didn't use fire or fire table and with burn ban no outdoor fire ring. Thank you.

Summer getaway
Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOur family (Mom, dad, 3 adult children, 2 grandchildren, and grandma) had a great time at this property. Having access to the lake, boat dock, and kayaks made the stay extra special during the day; while the hot tub and fire pit made for relaxing evenings. There were ample towels, blankets, and pillows, and more than enough silverware and utensils for all of us. However I gave it a 4 star rather than 5 due to the parking being very steep and hard to get to, especially with a larger truck. Also, the bushes on the front side of the patio were so overgrown, they blocked the entire pathway to the patio and even extended to the outdoor dining area, calling on quite a few mosquitoes.
