Sit on the screened deck and listen to the geese at Lake Linville. Smell the BBQ from the BackPorch BBQ restaurant, which is within walking distance. Drive to Renfro Valley for entertainment events. Go to Lake Cumberland, Lexington, Wildcat ATV in less than an hour on I-75 which is two and half miles away.

Nice place off the beaten path
We enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious for 2 and could fit 4 comfortably. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the place was very clean. It also had nice amenities such as full fridge, microwave, and stove. The location was somewhat off of the beaten path but not far from I-75 and Berea and being near the beautiful Lake Linville was a bonus.

We had everything we needed. It was clean. The host left clear instructions. It was quiet and peaceful with a good view of the lake nearby. It was convenient to our venue - just minutes from our concert at Renfro Valley. We were comfortable and enjoying driving by the lake. We would stay there again.

Husband and I came for the weekend to see a show at Renfro Valley. This is a great place to stay. It was quiet yet very convenient to Renfro Valley, Lake Linville and Mount Vernon. It has everything one needs to make you feel right at home. Lots of space. Who needs a hotel when you can stay in a VRBO!

Perfect place to stay!
We were in the area visiting family, and this was the perfect spot. Less than 10 minutes from my MIL place. The house was so comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed the first evening sitting out on the screened in porch. Definitely recommende!

Was very impressed with the house and property. The only thing I would say is the property sits on a one lane road and turning into driveway with a boat is impossible. We figured it out and enjoyed the property, but if you are planning on this as a small layover before going to Lake Cumberland be aware of the driveway. There is a large parking lot at the bottom of the hill that we ended up parking our boat in.

CUTE AND SUPER CLEAN LITTLE HOUSE
The house is very comfortable and could not have been cleaner. Everything you could need to cook a basic meal. The restaurant just down the street, Back Porch BbQ was great. We had several meals there. Can’t really recommend the house if you are physically challenged at all or bringing little ones. Because there isn’t much of a yard and it has a steep drop off. Stairs to basement are real steep, too. No lakeview but maybe in the winter without tree cover. Perfect place to stay if you want to see a show at Renfro Valley or spend a day in Berea.

Peaceful, Quiet, relaxing
This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the area! Clean, very quiet, well stocked, much better than the pictures! Hostess was very quick responding to questions. House has huge driveway to park in, it’s a shame the houses you pass going to this property aren’t as nice, but that had no affect on the stay, wooded area, close to the lake, Renfro Valley and basic stores. Will most certainly visit again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the cottage. We were there for a show at Renfro Valley and the location was ideal. Very much appreciated the little extras like coffee and filters,salt and pepper. Even some toiletries in case we forgot something. Comfy beds and plenty of linens. Beautiful area to visit.
