Nice place off the beaten path
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious for 2 and could fit 4 comfortably. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the place was very clean. It also had nice amenities such as full fridge, microwave, and stove. The location was somewhat off of the beaten path but not far from I-75 and Berea and being near the beautiful Lake Linville was a bonus.

Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had everything we needed. It was clean. The host left clear instructions. It was quiet and peaceful with a good view of the lake nearby. It was convenient to our venue
- just minutes from our concert at Renfro Valley. We were comfortable and enjoying driving by the lake. We would stay there again.

Perfect accommodation

It was quiet yet very convenient to Renfro Valley, Lake Linville and Mount Vernon. It has everything one needs to make you feel right at home. Lots of space. Who needs a hotel when you can stay in a VRBO!

Fantastic, cozy place

Perfect place to stay!
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in the area visiting family, and this was the perfect spot. Less than 10 minutes from my MIL place. The house was so comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed the first evening sitting out on the screened in porch.
Definitely recommende!

The only thing I would say is the property sits on a one lane road and turning into driveway with a boat is impossible. We figured it out and enjoyed the property, but if you are planning on this as a small layover before going to Lake Cumberland be aware of the driveway. There is a large parking lot at the bottom of the hill that we ended up parking our boat in.
