We apologize Mr Dalton that you are giving us a 2 when you never showed for your stay. We assume you tried to cancel and could not on a prepaid through expedia. Just awful!

Where do I begin? The stay was awful! The only positive thing is the location, and the friendliness of the check-in clerk. Otherwise it was just terrible. The “non-smoking” room smelled of old stale smoke. The room was dirty. There was a partial opened package on the floor in the bathroom. The towels were stained, as was the chair. There was barely a sliver of soap available to shower with. The bed was so hard, the floor would have been better. I have a serious backache from sleeping on it. And I am not elderly, or a normal complainer. There wasn’t enough covering on the bed, either. There were bugs crawling around on the ceiling above the light. There was bird poop all around the outside door. I could go on. The only reason I gave a one star review is because zero wasn’t available.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We hate you didnt feel comfortable saying anything to front desk as we would have gladly switched your rooms if cleanliness was an issue.. We had enough rooms available to satisfy and better your stay. We keep extras of all items in room if ever there is an issue. But when not speaking to us or making requests you did not allow us the opportunity to better your environment. Our front desk ladies are super friendly and will go above and beyond to satisfy all complaints. Even still we appreciate that you still chose to sleep in the room and use all toiletries and towels. But we do apologize and hope we can do better if allowed another chance. Our beds are not even 2 years old and we understand not all guests appreciate certain comfort levels but we buy in bulk and every room has same serta mattresses. Each bed has a fitted sheet, flat sheet, brown wool blanket and comforter. All hotels require this. But we do keep extras in lobby for our colder natured folks if requested. As for birds we unfortunently cannot control were they fly and poop. We clean up after them as much as possible but they just keep pooping. Crazy we know. Trust if we could stop it we most certainly would. Apologies on the wild life. We hope you stay humble and blessed and enjoy your travels. Thank you again and we will do better!

Booked early in advance, requested downstairs room, said they didn't have any available. Clerk was not friendly, room was not clean. Bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned Previous occupants drink in the refrigerator. They brought clean towels, no coffee, trash was not emptied.

Hi there we are so sorry about not having the downstairs room available for you. We had a wedding, family reunion and VFW bike rally all on this same weekend and we were a full house from wednesday onward, All of our bikers arrived early and requested downstairs in order to watch their bikes and easy access to hang and reconnect. We do aknowledge that this was a hassel for some and we wish we were able to accomadate all of our guest requests but we just cant. We have spoken with our housekeepers about slowing down and taking extra care in the rooms prior to guest arrivals and We appreciate the feedback.
