Room level mix up!
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsEverything was fine with the exception of my downstairs room reservation. It was not comunicated properly, or received from reservation service. I ended up with an upstairs room. Hotels.com said they communicated my desire to Super8, and would receive email from them. Never happened. I should have called to confirm.

Came in from Illinois and we needed a place to stay last minute and the Super 8 was great! From staff to the room I would recommend this hotel

Dave Patel and his team do a very good job. I have stayed here about 7 times and each time it is clean, and consistent. Dave is usually at the front desk helping customers with all requests.

This has become our "go-to" place to stay when in Mountain Home because it is inexpensive, clean, and friendly. The breakfasts are as good as any other more expensive motel, the rooms and clean, and we get maid service daily (clean rowels, emptied trash). It may not have all the amenities as more expensive places, but I can bring my own lotion and makeup cleaners. I appreciate its proximity to groceries and gas, and there are plenty of places to dine in Mountain Home.
