Publié le 1 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay on our girls getaway! Can’t say enough about how beautiful and cozy the cottage is. As long as you make a grocery trip prior to arrival, you don’t have any reason to leave if your stay is about relaxation. It so quiet, no noisy traffic. The lake is peaceful, I could just sit and look at it all day! I text pics to my husband while there, he said he’d like to stay there a week but it’s no pets are allowed so we wouldn’t be able to book a trip, we don’t travel without our fur babies (Yorkies). Other than that, it’s a perfect retreat!

Peaceful oasis

The host has thought of all of the little details that make a stay more easy and comfortable. House is well stocked with water fun, games, books, kitchen items, etc. we definitely plan to come back.

Can’t imagine a more relaxing spot
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed with my husband and father-in-law while in town for a nearby wedding and all three of us instantly fell in love with the place. Perfect size for the three of us, cozy and charming with so many options for sitting and enjoying the outdoors or indoors, so clean and well maintained, so much to offer! It really felt like a comfortable home and not just a place we were renting for a few days. Not to mention the area itself is so quiet and beautiful. We had a wonderful time and would come back in a second!

Always a pleasure
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe’ve stayed at Bluebird Cottage several times and have never been disappointed. The “Welcome Back”card from Barbie was a nice touch.
We also loved the addition of televisions in both bedrooms.
It’s a great spot to sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake.

Best Hidden gem in the upstate

The attention to small details and the welcome gifts made us feel right at home from the moment we walked into the door. The Beauty and the peaceful quiet on the lake are unmatched. We got to go out do some hiking and come back just relax and enjoy our time together. Thank you so much Barbie and Steve for sharing your beautiful Cottage with us!
