The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. However, the after-hours check-in was not smooth since the key they left for the main complex did not work and neither did the garage key to open the gate to the private parking area. A call to the after hours number helped me open the main complex with a code and they contacted the property manager to come back with a working key in the lockbox that evening (the manager did not follow up on this). I had to walk down to the leasing office the next day in person to get a working main complex key and garage key. They really need to test all keys out to guarantee a smooth check-in for guests.

Convenience of location. Check in was confusing. TV in bedroom did not work and despite informing management nothing was done. Fire alarm kept firing at 2 am non stop until the about 4 hrs later.

Parking was free, centrally located and the apartment is exactly as described.
Congratulations to their cleaning team. The apartment was immaculate.
The only complaint was the rug in the living room needed to be cleaned as it was a bit worn. Also the blinds in the living room and 2nd bedroom were broken, but Mgmt said they were going to be replaced.
Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Nice hotel. Roomy and comfortable. They don’t provide soap.
