What do you expect for rural New Mexico? If you want great Wifi go to Albuquerque!!!

Almost perfect
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a lovely property. The owners take great care in seeing to their guest's comfort. Everything you might need for a pleasant stay is here. Just be aware that there are trains that pass through the property, and while they don't blow their horns, there is a rumbling sound. The night we spent there, trains rumbled through about every 20 minutes... all night long. Sorry to say, but my husband is very sensitive to loud or frequent noises, especially at night, and I missed the mention of the train in the host's overview of the property. If this is not a problem for you, this is an awesome place to stay.

AWESOME PROPERTY
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI rarely review properties but this one was absolutely perfect. The two bedroom house was absolutely spotless and everything worked perfectly. Check in was simple. The landlord sent me texts in the evening reminding me to let her know if we needed anything but she was not in the least intrusive. The location was stunning- the scenery was unbelievable and hiking the property was easy- simply walk out the front door. The property is pretty isolated and our only neighbors were cows, lizards and other animals. Cell phones worked adequately at the property but not at the gate in front of the property (perhaps because the property is at a significantly higher elevation. Kitchen was decently stocked with kitchenware, etc. Internet worked with no issues the entire time we were there but it is pretty slow. I plan to return when I have more time but for this stay I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the host.

Wonderful New Mexico Retreat
Publié le 18 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayExcellent hosts, clean and comfortable home, and interesting location. The sunsets viewed from the back patio were stunning. The kitchen was well laid out and had all the tools necessary to prepare nice meals. We BBQed several times, including a wonderful steak from the ranch. Strongly recommend.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.
The casita is perfect, the land is secluded and has amazing sunsets and sunrises.
The horses and cows were like visual therapy, and even the train passing by was a true western experience.
Absolutely love this casita.

Peaceful and relaxing!
Publié le 31 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed two nights here on our way to Colorado. The perfect stop to just relax! My two boys enjoyed the cows, horses, and donkey that roamed the property. Would definitely come again. Casita is super clean and nice.
