A one star hotel claiming to be 3 stars.

It looks like no one in the company cares whether the hotel is operating like a hotel. It needs a new manager. I booked an executive suite thinking that it would be better. No, it's the same as what all the reviewers are saying. I'm writing this at 6:40 am because I couldn't sleep. The airconditioner is not working, warm air coming out of it. My medicine is spoiled because the fridge is not working. The toilet bowl is not properly cleaned. The bed side table lamp cannot be turned off. The mattress is probably a cheap matress that you buy at a swap meet. Luckily, I booked the room for only one night. I cannot wait to get out of this room.

The check-in was quick and smooth. Unfortunately, the hotel unableb to meet our special request that was made nearly a year ago. Also, the cistern in one of the room was not functioning causing water to overflow during check in. The total condition of the rooms seems to be deteriorating even after a supposedly renovation made.

Central hotel with lots of amenities around .shopping mall nearby . Free parking included . Staff friendly and helpful . The only downside is the decor looks tired and could be updated.

Early request a room, for a nearby the elevator, as we are in diffulty in walking. But was ignored. Room given no.7010, fat from the elevator, hence smiley n carpet was dirty. Then the next room 7006 given was fine
Furthermore x2 lights not working /faulty, room abit dark....not recommended for the next visit.
