Terrible, no keys left. No answers. No refund.
Publié le 30 mai 2020 sur HotelsKeys were not left for me to stay in appartment for me and no keys left for my colleagues apartmemt. Couldn't get in touch with owners for 1h. By this time we had to book another hotel as we had both traveled 140+ miles each and worked 11H. No refund offered to us. Never in my life been treated so badly and had so much poor customer service.

I received instructions on how to access the property including a code for a box to get the key. When I opened the box there was no key.
I tried for over an hour to contact the owners by the 2 phone numbers, text, email and Facebook messages but could not reach them. I ended up having to pay and additional £300 for a hotel to stay in.

Amazing little apartment
