The house includes 3 queen sized bedrooms.
1 bathroom 2 separate toilets.
This fully equipped kitchen has all the facilities for self-catering holiday.
There is a formal lounge room to unwind.
OUTDOOR SCOPE:
The East facing verandah offers amble space for relaxing, dining and with an enclosed common courtyard.
PLEASE NOTE: There are two units attached to the rear of this dwelling.
GUEST ACCESS:
To enter Henry’s Bastille from the front you need to walk up 5 steps.
The masterlock is located on the front door with self check in.
I shall send through the code one week prior to your arrival.
On checking out of the property, I request that the keys are returned back into the masterlock.
You may also enter from the rear of the house to avoid any steps.
OFF STREET CARPARK:
There is off Street car parking available at the rear of the premises.
You enter from Perry St, as the property is on a corner block.
There are two car park spaces allocated for your stay.
WIFI: There is wifi available.
The device is kept in the pantry.
The password is written down on the inside of my visitors book. Alternatively the wifi has a touch screen. Simply touch the screen and the password will appear.
