Le service, l’accueil, le personnel tout est mis en œuvre pour atteindre un niveau de qualité irréprochable.
Le service de chambre se dépasse jour en jour pour offrir une qualité et une surprise à notre arrivée.

Had a wonderful holiday. Rooms are clean. Great facilities. The gym was a bit small other than that it’s amazing.

Beautiful resort with direct access to one the finest malls in the area.
Pool, beach and other facilities are all top notch.

Service on the beach wasn’t great

Dear Ms Nour,I do appreciate the time you have taken to share the concerns and issues that you faced, as this allows us to look deeper into the areas. It is disappointing to know that your expectations weren’t met.During your stay, Vida Bahrain was running on a high occupancy. The hotel and the area is still new.. the adults pool wasn’t ready yet. The mall adjacent to the hotel was still 60% not yet open.
Other than that the hotel was nice, clean and kids friendly.

Unfortunately, we have encountered unforeseen technical difficulties that require immediate attention.
