Good service, really easy and convenient for a 9 hour transit airside stop over.

I was unable to check into the hotel as I flew in via a US Defence Base. I note that I am a transiting international passenger, and I was not aware that the hotel is actually inside a terminal that I was unable to access. We request a full refund.
