The property was stunning. All the staff was amazing and make us feel so welcomed. The beach was beautiful and my kids had so much fun. The breakfast was so delicious and great options. Loved that the mall was in walking distance from the resort.

Dear Mr Abdullah,I do appreciate the time you have taken to share the concerns and issues that you faced, as this allows us to look deeper into the areas. It is disappointing to know that your expectations weren’t met.Please note we were trying to reach you to no avail.We thank you and take good note of your comment regarding the time it took to check-in upon arrival. We do acknowledge that after a long journey, the first priority of most guests is to retreat to their room for some well-deserved relaxation. It appears that on this occasion we have fallen short and indeed need to review our procedure at the Front Desk to ensure that such does not reoccur in the future.Nevertheless, we are glad that our Crew was able to extend a gesture of complimentary late check-out at 6pm in order for you to enjoy our facilities better.It would be great if you could reach out to me direct should your future plans bring you here again as I would love to personally oversee your booking and ensure that you are provided with the best of care and attention.Thank you once again and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome your return in a near future at Vida Bahrain.Meanwhile, let us know if you need anything, anytime.Best regards,Sadieq SulaimanManagement Office
