The property was stunning. All the staff was amazing and make us feel so welcomed. The beach was beautiful and my kids had so much fun. The breakfast was so delicious and great options. Loved that the mall was in walking distance from the resort.

It is disappointing to know that your expectations weren’t met.Please note we were trying to reach you to no avail.We thank you and take good note of your comment regarding the time it took to check-in upon arrival. We do acknowledge that after a long journey, the first priority of most guests is to retreat to their room for some well-deserved relaxation.
