Room is very clean and spacious. The included breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff.

Best hotel in Everett

Pros: Our room has one king size bed and two queen size beds, living room and kitchen. It is very spacious for my family of 6 and price is reasonable. You could pick up basic amenities like shower caps, tooth brushes and tooth pastes near the front desk. Please bring your own slippers, which we forgot this time. Lol! They have complimentary breakfast from 6:00 am to 9:30 am. Staff are friendly.
Cons: We are a little disappointed to find out their swimming pool and hot tub are closed permanently.

Large viewing screens, comfy seating, games, and fireplaces await your return!And while it's always nice to have your own slippers, we do keep a few pairs on hand, available for purchase upon request. I was very dissatisfied with our experience and the property. Our room had a large puddle of spilled coffee on the carpet that stained my toddler’s pajamas and sleep sack, also that’s just gross. At 8:30am a hotel employee opened our door without knocking or announcing himself first. When we brought these issues up to the front desk they dismissed our concerns.

While we are certainly glad that your stay was not horrible, we definitely strive to be better than average.I can't help but wonder what we might have done to improve the quality of your visit.
