They canceled the booking without telling , We drive to this place from dallas when reached they said we have canceled ur booking , though we called n let the lady know we will be checking in late as we are driving from dallas have her name n all when my husband reached there in the nite they said we sent e-mail ur booking is canceled that was very very sad 😢 no hotels were available near buy then had to travel 30 miles in the middle of nite , very rude lady in front desk she hang the phone on face , was requesting her were they will go after such a long long drive .she said it’s canceled , a gold team member I called n told him he said we can’t do anything as the hotel front desk hang the phone on us too , so plz go n see hotel by ur self refused to help I requested him to do something as we are gold member since years or connect to to ur gold team supervisor help us it’s middle of a nite he said they will call u but nothing , I was very much disappointed

Credit card machine didnt work so i had to use cash. It was very quiet.

Room was good spent two nights there everything was good expit when you walk out side it smelt like swer nearly pucked everytime we left room to go do something i will not stay there sgian almost went home after first night but was to tired to drive 7 hours if it wasnt for the smell would been great

There was nothing to like about the property. Cash was paid upon check-in. I had put my suitcases in the room upon check-in, nothing unpacked. The room was filthy. Mold in the bathroom, grafitti on the back of the bathroom wall. Asked for the mgr to vacuum the room because of the filth (dead bugs on the floor). He refused to vacuum and told me it was only lint from the towels (on the floor?).There was a family emergency so I had to check out within a couple of hours and leave. I had to argue for 30-45 minutes to get my money back. The manager and his wife were very rude and refused to give me all of the money back. Stay as far away from this motel as you can! I would drive back to Clovis before staying at this dump!!

Could have been cleaner, 3 lights were burned out. It was homely with a big bed, a bit uncomfortable. Pros, a.c was cold, was a quiet stay. Cons, dirty bathroom and was dark in there.
