Very spacious room. The property is in need of updates. Creaky floors and the breakfast was average. Parking was also annoying.

Thank you for taking time to review the hotel.If you are coming again, we can assist with luggage from the car park and also have mobility spaces close to the hotel. The hotel is a listed building and unfortunately the creaky floors are due to this. We have started the process of updating the public areas of the hotel and the majority of the bedrooms and this work will be ongoing during our winter closure.

We are sorry to hear that you thought your stay was poor. We apologise for the mistake of charging your card, we have a couple of new staff on reception and this was a genuine mistake, we refunded the card as soon as we realised the incorrect card had been charged. Please accept our apologies. If there was anything else that was a disappointment, please let us know so that we can rectify the issue?

Pleasant stay
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOlder style hotel and we had a pleasant stay. My husband has a CPAP machine and there were no power points by the bed and the staff were helpful and prompt in providing an extension lead for him. Lovely view from our room across the water
