Their staff has an unprofessional attitude; we live in interior Punjab, so every time we visit, we have stay here as the location is ideal for us. Each time we book through Expedia or any other website and go, their staff has an issue retrieving our booking, or they say that they don't have space in this building; hence they try to transfer us to another facility. ( which doesn't make sense) the front desk isn't very cooperative, considering we stay there at least twice a month.

I am a trained surgeon, currently practicing as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine in NHS England. We (Me and my Mrs) travelled from Telford, Shropshire, UK to attend a family marriage in Multan. Except one hiccup, when one of the male employee asked the door-lock card to be recharged whilst it wasn't used, everything gone very smooth. I would advise the employers to train their employees to refrain from such malpractices, as not everyone who visits Pakistan is a goof.

Furniture is dirty because of its light Color leather look . Even though I reserved in advance for two adults but the room was equipped for single person. You have call for dental kit , towels , tea cups. Water etc Really disappointed even fought I’m regular user of Avari express lahore but in Multan very poor experience for me . After entering into the property now one is there to guide to park the car and then lead to reception with luggage .
