Avis 3 bedrooms on first floor of a bungalow. Good for 6 adults,

I couldn't stay in this property which IS NOT TO RENT and apparently has never been !!! As I couldn't reach the host, I went to the address given by Vrbo and was most surprised to be told by the guardians that though the property existed it had never been to rent... I had to phone Vrbo in the USA ..They refunded me..this fraud is incomprehensible..A bad joke ?!
