My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night...
I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of the 2 weeks we were there, and by serviced meaning the floor was sweeped and that was it.
There was construction work going on, on the outside walls of the apartments therefore there was constant banging from 9am until 6pm. We were not warned in advance or when we could finally check in.
The apartments also say it has a pool, which is true but it is only open from 6pm until 8pm...
The only good thing about the apartments in the outside seating area in the complex, surrounding by trees and animals.

Good location. Outside ambience is good. No proper tube lights or lamps provided. Furniture conditions are horrible.

Hello Ms. Ria,Am quite surprised to read your review. You mention a lot of general things, without being specific about anything.You mentioned that there is no proper lighting or lamps in apt. However, we have provided adequate lighting and lamps. You also mentioned that the "furniture conditions are horrible". However, the apt is fully decorated with antiques and designer furniture.The sofas have been recently upholstered. None of the upholstery is torn or dirty. There are no chips or other damage on any of the furniture. So, I do not understand your review and what you thought was in a "horrible" condition.Moreover, this is one of our most booked apts, with many guests staying there on a regular basis. None of those guests have complained regarding condition of furniture or the state of the apt, in general.We work hard to maintain our property and ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.Please be more mindful and specific in your reviews. Bad reviews affect the host property negatively in many ways.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, there is just a one-word review, without any details as to what was the actual problem with the accommodations. A one-word is not really helpful to anyone and does not seem genuine or credible, especially when no details are given.

Not a service apartment.l
Publié le 31 déc. 2021 sur HotelsThe apartment listing does say it has a kitchen — but has no stove or cookware. Only a microwave with some serving dishes. The place advertises itself as a service apartment which by definition means “ A serviced apartment will include a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, enabling you to prepare homemade meals and store food and beverages in the refrigerator. ”.
There is no full Indian meal you can prepare with a microwave.
There was little help from the Hotels.com support desk as well.

We actually offer 2 categories of 1 bedroom apartments. One with a kitchen & one without a kitchen offering only a refrigerator, microwave & an electric kettle.
These details are clearly mentioned in our listing. You had booked an apartment without a kitchen.

There was a billing problem on my stay and the receptionist wouldn’t entertain my request. She prioritized another customer before me because he had several rooms booked at the property and that was commercially more viable for her. Poor hospitality. Poor coordination to set up the room despite checking in 5 hours later than my scheduled time

These apartments are horrible. There is smell of mold and my daughter got sick due to this. I do not recommend them.

Hello Mr. Prasad,
During the rains in Bombay, interior spaces do feel a little humid. We do our best to clean the apts as well as possible and keep the windows closed to prevent moisture from entering the apt. Perhaps all that was needed was for you to open the windows for a little while & air out the apt.
Your daughter may have gotten ill because of the various viruses going around the city, rather than from the apt itself. A lot of people in Bombay have fallen ill in recent weeks, since the start of the monsoon season.
We have many guests who have stayed in this apt, with no complaints at all and good reviews.
We hope that you will give us another opportunity to host you & your family.

Total Renovation Needed
Publié le 10 juill. 2019 sur HotelsCons: large crack on surface of dinner table, door lock did not work with key (work was done to correct), vents/controls on ACs broken, very limited breakfast, ceiling fans coming loose from ceiling, toilet seats are cheap plastic and move side to side, locks on windows do not work (scary on 10th floor when traveling with kids), window treatments (blinds, etc.) are not adequate or do not exist (a lot of sun and heat comes in), pool is only open a few hours in the morning and a few hours at night. I spoke to the owner of the apartment about the condition of the apartment and there was no action taken or any real interest in what I (the customer) was saying.
Pros: spacious, clothes washer (very handy), capable superintendent and maids, good WiFi.

It is interesting to see that you chose to write an anonymous review. I wonder why? I am well aware of who you are. As I remember it, you & your family booked our apartment twice, about 2 weeks apart, I believe.
I am wondering why you would have stayed twice with your family, if the apartment & stay was as "terrible", as you say it was?
The "large crack on surface" of the dining table is actually an organic part of the designer, wooden table. The design is made to incorporate the natural shape of the wood.
Only the kitchen window has no curtains or blinds. All other windows in the apartment have dark curtains or blinds.
The breakfast we serve is simple, freshly-made & complimentary. There is a large kitchen in the apt, with all the basics provided to cook meals. You were welcome to cook your own meals.
Unfortunately, the opening hours of the gym & pool are not in our control. The building's cooperative society decide that.
We do our best to offer quality apts & service, at extremely competitive rates.
We hope that you will give us another opportuntiy to host you.
