I did not stay one night at this hotel. It was terrible! There was no front entrance door, the checkin counter was completely exposed to the outside. The room was filthy! Closet wouldn’t close! Bathroom was extremely unclean! I ended up leaving within one hour of checkin and went to another hotel. Expedia should remove this hotel from its listing. It doesn’t live up to standards at all. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

Service was not at all upto standards. I had to wait for more than 3 hours after requesting for a towel at 8 am. I was not able to take a shower till past 11 am.

My five days stay at hotel landmarks residency was comfortable, cleanliness was also at satisfactory level. There was few things which annoys me most important was that request for just 1 hour extension for check out was bluntly denied, and 2nd guest was not allowed to visit only veg restaurants , some flies and insects notice in the room.

The room was not clean. Had stains on bedsheet. Asked the staff to change but the new sheet too had stains.Walls and chair had dust. Wouldn’t stay there again

This looks like a hotel that started with good intentions, but is started to fall apart because it's not being maintained. e.g. a small hall in the bathroom wall, and bird poops on the outside of the bathroom window that aren't being cleaned anymore. Having said that, the room and hotel was very very clean and comfy. The Executive room is spacious and has good AC and comfy bed. The biggest downside is the noise from outside (busy street, not enough damping of noise), slow wifi (the cafe down the street got 50 Mbps, this fancy hotel had < 1 Mbps, seriously??!!), and noise on the ceiling every night (we were on the second floor, no idea what earth was going on overhead). I think this place is fine for a night or two, but NOT for a few days if you want to work in your hotel room.
