Poor service and cleanliness not satisfied
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HotelsSlow service provided by housekeeping, when I asked for the missing slipper and replacement of the dirty kettle. Make 3 calls within 30mins then my request was attended.
The room cleanliness was not satisfactory, as the cups, table top, chair were dusty. Bathroom some places could see the rusty stains.
The hotel corridors except first floor were not smell good…

Atendeu muito bem a minha espectativa
