AC not working, reception people are very slow for check in and check out.. bad experience

Nice hotel staff. Specially the lady receptionist who offered to take our photo. The room service staff who returned my charger which I left in the room.Overall good experience.

The room smelled as they have smoked which should not be the case, rooms are a little outdated, bed is not really comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.

The only good thing about the hotel is breakfast, easy access, and crew hospitality. Wifi is slow, building is old, no pool and gym.
