I never stayed in any hotel like this. This is worst experience ever I had. They don’t even have enough pillows. Tv is broken. Remote is not working. WiFi is not working. How can all the items are faulty. This is one start hotel

This was our second time at Residency Sarovar Portico Mumbai. It’s a great and clean property but what stands out is the staff friendliness, co-operation and their willingness to go beyond for you. Our breakfast was arranged at 6:30 am as we had to leave early for the two days.

In my opinion the hotel is overpriced. Rooms are small. The rooms did not carry a dental kit ( Tooth paste + Brush)

Bad housekeeping . Room was not cleaned after reminders . Front desk staff was not cooperative .
