I came for a family reunion and had booked the stay for 4 days. The idea was to meet with my brothers spend some quality time with them and order food and drinks in the room. But unfortunately the hotel refused to allow my family to come to the room. But during the stay I found there were local residents would take as many as guest to their room. I felt the hotel did not appreciate foreign visitors. The stay was pathetic. Never again and I do not recommend this hotel to foreign visitors.

the swimming pool was dirty

Good ambience, but for 3 adults only 2 single bed twin sharing that is not appropriate. Also had to call housekeeping for changing water heater as it was dirty, instead housekeeping told me you must have boiled water without water so it has been dirty from inside. Check in time 1400 hrs but in spite of online booking Reception made me wait for long time. As it was online booking, ID cards and form should be filled online but it’s wastage of time doing it before Check in. There is no view from hotel, Glass was blurr, no use by check in at 12 th floor. Restaurant staff was good they kept on calling for food but I was not able to reach by 2230 hrs. After 2230 hrs you can get only Biryani, Khichdi and sandwich. Thx

Staff was very professional and courteous. After initial check in hiccups overall experience was excellent.
