Tidy and well sized rooms. A/C was not very effective though. Worth the value anyway.

Worth the money : Average
Stay : On checkin, we requested for a room away from any staff elevators etc. as my friend is a light sleeper. They gave us a very nice room on 7th floor. However, 15-20mins inside, we started hearing drill sounds. We called the reception to check about it and they offered to change the room. So now we moved down to 2nd floor. Bang opposite staff elevator. My friend obviously couldn’t sleep.
Day 1 we requested late checkout and they very gracefully gave us an hour late. Which was absolutely appreciated. We did request more time but that wasn’t possible.
After a bad room experiences, that we expressed twice, as a gesture, the least thing I expected was they waiving off charges and give us the extension for another hour or 2. I could understand if they were fully booked but they are not as we could see availability for check ins today in the apps and their website.
Last thing, inspite of informing them about the checkout time during breakfast at 10, we received 2 calls to ask about checkout time between 10 and 11:30am which was a tad bit annoying. Second call was also about booking us for buffet.
Food : average. Not many options in dinner and breakfast. Good amount of staff available and not much crowd for breakfast, but they forget the orders.
That’s the reason for an average rating.
