Crowded area. Rooms without outside view.

Staff was helpful but they couldn't help the situation much. If you are an international guest staying here make sure you carry a travel adapter otherwise your cell phone and laptop will run out of battery. The hotel doesn't even have an adapter and you won't be able to buy it easily in the stores around the hotel.

Unpleasant Stay

During my previous stay at this hotel (booked via my office staff), the rooms were more spacious and comfortable. However, during this stay (booked via hotels.com), the room was small, bed was uncomfortable and the overall experience was not upto te mark. The room charge remains the same whether I book it from office or from hotels.com

United 21 .... in Thane, pretty far from Mumbai

The hotel looks nice & interior is not bad. The rooms were comfortable but not well maintained. The 1st room they showed me had dirty bedsheets with hair all over, bathroom was stinky. The next room had a similar bed, but cleaner bathroom. There were stains on the bathroom wall (so much for 4 star). Even after a complaint they didn't clean it properly. The breakfast lacks in variety. Some staff were OK, others were not so friendly. The hotel did let me extend my check out time by 2 hours. Given a choice I wouldn't go back to the hotel as it takes for ever to travel to & from Mumbai to the hotel.

stinking rooms

Even after requesting for a non smoking room i got a room which was stinking !
