Magnifiques vues tant côté mer que rizières

Hôtel tout neuf, aspect moderne au milieu des rizières et pourtant à 3 minutes a pied de la plage, qui contrairement aux quartiers voisins est très propre. Idéale plus pour les balades que la baignade car beaucoup de houle. De grandes baies vitrées dans les appartements offrent une vue extraordinaire que ce soit côté mer comme côté rizière. Calme et serenité. Ils mettent à disposition des vélos gratuitement avec lesquels nous accédions en 5 minutes par un petit chemin pavé au village voisin ou l’on Trouve petits restos et massages. Un coup de cœur pour les pizzas du chef qui est italien! A 30 minutes en scooter de Seminyak et 10 minutes de battu bolong. Parfait pour ceux qui veulent trouver un peu de quiétude au milieu de beaux paysages

They advertised as ocean view on their rooms but the rooms only had a construction view facing a big wall with blue tarp. I paid for our special day thinking it is an ocean view room per their class info on Expedia. Even though their room pictures did not show ocean, when the room desc says ocean side what would you think. I wasted my special day and money on this place. Felt scammed.

The rooms are clean and the staff are kind and friendly. The hotel is surrounded by nature and is quiet and peaceful. This has become my regular place to stay.

My partner and I communicated timely with staff to arrange an airport transfer upon arrival. This was also confirmed by e-mail. Flight details were provided but on the day of arrival, we had to wait 40 minutes until we were picked up. This is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. The driver was apparently waiting at International Arrivals while we had a domestic flight. If hotel staff would've checked our flight details properly, they would have noticed that we flew from Jakarta to Den Pasar. After checking in, one of the balcony doors was not closing. Considering that we stayed on the ground floor, we immediately informed the staff about it but they said that we had to wait until the next morning to have it fixed. We felt quite unsafe. Luckily we could move to another floor the next day but instead of offering some sort of compensation, we had to pay an additional fee to get the other room. It would have been a nice gesture to compensate us after we had to wait for 40 minutes for our airport transfer plus getting a room on the ground floor with a broken balcony door. Such a shame that management was not willing to meet us halfway. Hopefully they can learn from this. The condo itself is amazing. You can really relax while you have an amazing view over the rice fields. The staff is attentive and super friendly. Overall, my partner and I enjoyed our stay despite the rocky start.

Regarding to your picked up, since we also have partnership with local community transport, that the driver who supposed to pick you at Domestic arrival, by mistake wait you at International arrival. We have already have meeting the community and our staffs to anticipate the same things happen again. And regarding your balcony, and the additional for the upgrade, we are really do apologize for the inconvenience. We have brief and communicate it with the related department, and make sure the same things won't happen again. Todo es maravilloso , la habitación con vistas al mar sencillamente perfecta. A un lado ves los campos de arroz y al otro el mar. Despertarse con los primeros rayos de sol y contemplar las vistas parecía de película. la comida italiana e indonesa riquísima y nada cara . El desayuno magnífico. Lo peor ha sido tener que marchar.

We had a gorgeous suite, with a lot of amenities you dont find elsewhere in Canggu. The breakfasts was amazing each morning and so was the menu for dinner. The pool was clean and beautiful. One day I had a headache and the front reception was kind enough to give me some ibuprofen free if charge. Very hospitable staff. It was a wonderful experience. The only thing that was a tiny bit of a downfall was it was a bit outside of Canggu where we were spending most of our time.
