My room was fine however I had to keep the window and door open almost the whole time to air out the cigarette smell. If you are next to the Main Street you will hear ambulances and car noises with the door and window closed. Hallways smell like cigarettes BAD. The fridge was not cold at all. Bathroom was incredibly small. Towels had a musty smell to them. Strange people work here and will follow you outside to smoke and watch where you’re going especially the older guy with a beard. Walls are super super super thin. Also there is a lip/gap between the floor in the hallway and the floor in the room. I tried to step out to talk to one of the maids and stubbed my pinky toe so hard, I broke it and completely fell to the ground. I will never ever ever stay here again. Almost the whole time no one is at the desk. I left my key on the desk and walked out.

The hotel is 15/20 minutes walk from the train station it’s quite close to Marienplatz The staff were very helpful and nice I would stay at this hotel again

Incredibly disgusting. Sketchy area. Showed up to my keys being left on the front counter with no one at the desk. Room had mold in the shower, stains on the floors, rotting ceiling, and I slept in my sleeping bag. No one was at the desk to speak with. Refusing a refund so I will have to go after them with civil courts. Do not stay here.

Nice hotel in front of a park and close to subway. Has an italian restaurant a side. Need some air conditioning, room to hot. Parking is also not clear, I booked paying and extra for parking but reception was not clear about it

The hotel is quite dated in a lot of its fittings and furnishings. The shower and bathroom are very small. The beds are reasonable in regards to comfort. I will say that the proximity to the rest of the city is very good. 5 minute walk to the S line and within 15 minutes you are in central Munich
