My friend and I stayed for just a night at the start of our Germany trip. It was a good experience and good value. Wish we could have stayed longer, the hostel is in good condition and the bar/lounge area looked nice, even though we didn’t use it.

밤 12시 가까이 되어서 체크인 하고 방 들어갔는데 이전 사용자가 사용한 채로, 청소되지 않은 상태였음

Dear Yeongho,Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It seems that overall you had a quite good stay. Regarding your concerns about the room not being cleaned, it makes me quite curious. I checked your reservation, and for your check-in, everything seems to be all right. Was the problem solved directly with our 24/7 reception? For the next time, if there are any concerns regarding cleanliness, please let us know straight away. Our top priority is to make our guests feel at home, or at least close to it, and that includes ensuring everything is nice and clean.
