Je retournerai dans mon hôtel habituel.
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HotelsAccueil tres loin d’être chaleureux, on ne se sent vraiment pas « w l’école » et aucun effort pour parler en Anglais. L’accueil au restaurant n’a guère été mieux. Le parking était plus cher qu’annoncé et la taxe de séjour est exorbitante.

Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our staff not being able to communicate with you in French. Although our reception team is composed of staff from various nationalities, we currently do not have any French-speaking personnel. This also applies to our restaurant staff. As an international hotel located at Munich International Airport, we primarily communicate with our guests in English. We even use translation tools like Google Translate to better communicate with guests who do not speak English.Regarding the city tax, we would like to clarify that in Germany, and specifically in Munich, there are no city taxes, only the standard taxes mandated by law. The price you were charged was established by your agency before your arrival at the hotel, so it should not have been a surprise. We cannot change or add to this price, except for additional services like parking or airport transfers. These prices are adapted to the area, and we strive to remain competitive with other hotels in the region.We regret that your experience with our reception and restaurant staff was not as welcoming as it should have been.
