A Huge Letdown
Publié le 2 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst of all…make NO mistake…this is a Basement apartment! I feel like we’ve been “catfished”!! This apartment does not look like its pictures! Don’t know when they were taken but it does not look like that! It is dank, dark and musty which became bearable after 3 days with the dehumidifier running 24/7 and emptying 3 times daily.
There was mould around the shower area. Drain in shower needs cleaning as floor would flood.
Cobwebs in every corner. Room sizes were decent. Bed was super low…maybe 15 inches off the floor but comfortable…thankfully.
Curtains in main room were barely hanging on and in need of repair. If I could have gotten my money back we would have left!
Only good thing was we loved the area…just not the apartment! Would not recommend!

Perfect Oktoberfest apartment
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location for exploring Munich. Centrally located - a short walk or quick ride on public transit to both Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. It is quite humid in the apartment, so you have to keep the windows open. I wasn’t completely comfortable with that as it’s a ground floor unit, plus many of the windows have ripped or missing screens, allowing bugs in. Very convenient to have washer/dryer, but it TINY and takes a long time, so don’t expect to do massive amounts of laundry. Lots of space in the apartment, and the bed was very comfortable. Cute neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Overall was perfect for the two of us for three days in Munich!

Fantastic Property
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is absolutely huge. It was all of the best amenities, including a washer / dryer combo. Location is perfect as it is near more restaurants than we could possibly visit and each were absolutely wonderful. Would recommend this property 10 / 10!

Great stay in Munich!

We were able to explore so much off of the location of the property. The property itself had a very easy check-in process and the amenities were good (especially the access to fans in the heat wave passing through.)

Schoon maar behoeft onderhoud
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayDe locatie is top. Er is met aandacht schoon gemaakt. Contact verliep goed. Het appartement bevindt zich in de kelder. Door vochtproblemen staat de laminaat vloer op meerdere punten bol en kan de tussen deur niet meer dicht. Op diverse punten laat het stucwerk los.

Lovely gem of an apartment!
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for 4 nights. The apartment has everything you would need. My teenage girls shared the sofa bed and my wife and I had the huge bedroom. Check in very easy and it was nice to use a keypad and not worry about keys! The location was superb and you are in the middle of lots of bars and restaurants. There is a lovely bakery 3 mins away for breakfast. And also a good sized supermarket. The tram and underground station is also 5-10mins away so you can get around easily. Munich is a wonderful city to explore, especially in the summer!
