New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in.

Unpersönlich und funktional

Keine Rezeption, Einchecken nur online - unpersönlicher geht es kaum. Erklärungen dazu und im Hotel fett und groß in Englisch - und nur klein darunter in Deutsch, und das im eigenen Land. Treppenhaus kahl, unpersönlich, und voller Gerüche. Zimmer vollständig eingerichtet und sauber, aber ebenfalls rein funktional.

Alles war toll und die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Dabei ist der Lautstärkepegel der Großstadt nicht zu vermeiden. Alles war aber so wie beschrieben und ich würde diese Unterkunft bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

The property was adequate but it is more a short break type as we were staying for 12 days we had our room cleaned once and towels changed once only for 12 day stay also although not really a problem you empty your own rubbish bin which was not on the advert for the property nearly every day we took our rubbish down to the garbage and never seen the bins empty.

Great Apartment Terrible Management

Apartment was wonderful. Check-in was awful. Booked through Expedia. Management sent registration emails to Expedia. upon arrival.we were locked out for more than an hour.

We stayed in the family room which exceeded our expectations! Everything has been thought of from washing up liquid, tea bags, cutlery, kitchen roll, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. The accommodation was immaculate with really good quality bedding and furnishings. Couldn't find fault with the accomodation. One recommendation would be a not slip mat in the shower as the tiles were quite slippery when wet and being a family room with children, this could be an issue. We used a towel so it was fine. Also to be aware the family room is on the 6th floor and the lift only goes to the 5th which means suitcases, buggies etc need to be carried up a curved flight of stairs. These points should not detract from what fabulous accommodation it is though. We would definitely visit again!
