Disappointing

Overall I'd have loved to love the experience but some cons were really problematic. No coffee machine whatsoever and if you need filter coffee you need to go to rexeption every single time which gets unnecessarily annoying. Cleaning wasn't great as I found pieces of broken glass on the sofa and floor... Bed really wasn't ok, they've added over-mattress when realistically they should have replace the whole mattress. And there is no cleaning service (no surprise there but for the price, it didn't feel right)

Hello! thank you for your honest comment, we appreciate it. We are sorry for the glass int he room from previous guest, we will talk to housekeeping about it, and will check why it wasnt cleaned, and as an Aparthotel we dont give cleaning every day, but if you would ask us change towels, bed or anything else, we would do it right away :) Yes we dont have coffee machines int he rooms, but we have very good quality drip coffee in each room ;) Thank you again! best regards, Dariia&Schwan Locke Team

Overall, it’s a good place to stay The pros The rooms are nice and cosy Staff is really kind The cons Parking is very expensive (25€/day) Restaurant was close during our stay Breakfast is terrible, do not pay for that

Une base parfaite pour un week-end à Munich

Proximité de la gare principale et du métro. Appartement agréable, très fonctionnel et comme neuf. Accueil sympa et efficace.

The people at Locke are making you feel like you’re checking in in a 5 star hotel. They invite you to sit, they go by your side to explain everything. They even let me do a early check in because we arrived early. Always with a smile . Beautiful room, new, modern, clean. You really feel like home. From the Central Station to Locke, there’s a few homeless people and I wasn’t always feeling safe, but it might be just me. U train station 2 min from the hotel but no elevator to go down if you have big luggage.

Séjour agréable personnel tres bien. Dommage que nos toilettes fuyaient et qu'il n'ont pas été réparé le jour même. De plus, quelque chose est vraiment à faire sur le design des portes et le claquement. C'est assez geneant en pleine nuit. J'avais lu des précédents commentaires. Dommage

L’hébergement est super. Chambre propre et au gout du jour. Le seul point négatif en lien avec la chambre est l’absence de climatisation. Pour ce qui est du quartier il laisse à désirer... Pas très propre et on se croirait un peu dans un quartier malfamé.
