the lady at the front desk on Friday 22nd at around 5pm is beautiful, green eyes. I am trying to go back in January to run errands in Munich. Wish she was there. The bed though is very soft, it's like you sink in the bed and your back hurts. that;s why am giving you a 4. It was so good to be back to Munich.

Convenient gem!
This hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Munich. A large and comfortable room that was close to the train station, public transportation, and sights. Very convenient. There is some street noise, it didn't bother us but being earplugs if you're sensitive. The staff go above and beyond to take care of your every need!

The hotel is fantastic and the staff wonderful. It's right by the old town so you can walk everywhere. We barely used transportation. It's also 5 mins from Munich HBF, which makes it very convenient. We got a comfortable queen bed and soft pillows. The only thing is that we went in December and we like to sleep in tye cold, so we opened the window. The area is very popular so it can be a bit noisy. Besides that, it's a great place to stay.

I arrived to the hotel and received a warm welcome from the front desk which set the tone for a comfortable stay. My room was available although it was well before check-in time, awesome!! I was impressed by the nice accommodations especially the nice-sized bathroom. I asked for a tea kettle which was hand-delivered within minutes. The hotel is steps from the Karlsplatz S-bahn stop on the S8 making it super convenient to get there from the airport and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and Marienplatz. I will definitely stay here in the future!!

Convenient and comfortable.
This little hotel made for a very welcoming and comfortable stay in Munich. The room was bright and large with good temp control, and the beds were comfortable the bathroom large and well equipped. The location next to the train station and in the midst of two metro hubs made getting around to other parts of town simple. The front check in desk was extremely friendly and nice. The only downside is that being close to transit meant some noise at night; it does not bother me but might affect others. But for me, I'd stay here again.
