This place is for sure a hidden gem! Our family of 5 had so much room and we were impressed by all of the amenities. We will for sure be back again! The view is unbelievable! If there is one ask…I would say the internet service is super weak and it made it difficult to work…so higher speed would be great!

It was very comfortable with a large bathroom and great view of the lake from the bed. This bedroom and the Grand Portal bedroom share the kitchen, dining room and living room so if you feel uncomfortable staying in a house with people you don't know, make sure you book both rooms. We were lucky that no one else booked the other room so we had all the space all to ourselves. Our favorite part was sitting in front of the window in the living room just watching the sunset. The whole place was clean and very cozy. Joanne, whom lives on the property, was such a joy to talk to. She was very informative about the area with lots of suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. She made us feel at home. It is just a short drive to downtown Munising and the Pictured Rocks. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

Perfect place for a family getaway

We love the two separate living room areas with the outdoor patio. A home away from home feel. The host is very easy to communicate with and was helpful and friendly.

The hostess was very kind and welcoming and I enjoyed talking with her very much!! The views from the living room are incredible and the bedroom is very comfortable. It was a nice getaway very close to Pictured Rocks, Lake Superio, and Munising. I will likely go there again!
