Peace & Quiet on the Lake

The owners are very friendly and helpful, and their place is very well done, including little touches all over the place that made our stay even more enjoyable. There’s a dock on the lake for sitting and chilling, and there’s also a porch that you can sit on just outside the house for doing the same thing. The inside was done very tastefully and includes everything you need to enjoy the weekend — including a full kitchen and bathroom and a very comfortable living room with a smart TV if you want to watch movies together. The upstairs loft has a king size bed that is comfortable and stays cool with the ceiling fan over the bed and a very adequate air conditioning unit below in the living room. This place also has a cute little separate bedroom if you plan on having another couple in town on the lake with you. The owners also have a fire pit with wood to use if you want to sit by the fire and they have kayaks and a canoe and things to float on in the water if you’re interested in that. My wife and I will definitely try to get back again and recommend it for anyone who is just looking for a quiet getaway alone or perhaps with another couple.

Peaceful and calm

This was a perfect trip. The space was immaculate and well thought out. This attention to detail and creativity bled into the outdoor area.

Relax and rejuvenate

The beautiful views and near by small towns are exactly what is needed to hit that restart button. The hosts are very welcoming and informative about the area and can give you suggestions on what to do and where to go to make the stay more enjoyable. Will definitely be going back!

All I wanted was to sit on the pier, read, and relax and this was the perfect place to do it. I highly recommend everything about this place for anyone who wants to get away and unwind!
