El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy Mountains but only 10km from the city of Murcia and still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. Villa Morgan Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Villa. A very bright and airy villa with South facing private heated pool and garden. This villa is on a corner plot which gets the sun from morning to evening. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with a very contemporary feel! The living room boasts high vaulted ceilings and an open fireplace, there is satellite TV. The villa has WiFi. Dining 'al fresco' is made easier with an outdoor built-in BBQ with outdoor dining and lounge areas. If golf is your fancy, there is a Jack Nicklaus course at your fingertips (there are 2 sets of clubs for use in the villa).

Lots of positives but unfortunately some negatives too
Overall a fantastic stay....the villa had absolutely everything we could need and was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and a really lovely temperature! The beds were also very comfortable and we all slept well during our stay. The area was very nice and super quiet. Having a Spa shop onsite was a major plus. The villa made a fantastic base to explore the surrounding areas and we would definitely recommend it to others. Fiona was a wonderful host with communication being very prompt, professional and helpful. HOWEVER....despite all these positives, there were also unfortunately some negatives aspects to our stay. On arrival we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the villa. Fiona took immediate action by asking the cleaners to return but they did not rectify the problem. The bed sheets were stained and dirty and there were used tissues, dead cockroaches and a ton of dust and dirt under the beds. The pool was also not cleaned while we were there and by the end of our stay was full of dirt and leaves. There were also A LOT of pool tiles missing and more lifting that we had to be careful of when swimming so we did not injure ourselves. Lastly, the information book provided was disgusting with all the pages stuck together and the folder was very outdated with some information almost 15 years old! Overall, we did have a good stay but there were just a few things that would have improved our experience, especially given the cost of the villa.

Amazing relaxing holiday
We love to come away for a week in May after a long cold winter and this holiday has been perfect. The villa and outdoor area are superb. The pool was heated which meant we could swim whenever we wanted, ideal for my 10 year old!! The villa was clean and had everything we could want. The clubhouse was lovely for an evening meal or morning coffee. It's a great base to explore the area. Highly recommend.

Golf Villa
Beautiful and comfortable villa that was perfect for our family. The heated pool in late March/early April was wonderful and enjoyed by all of us. Access to local golf was great. We rented golf clubs and had them delivered to our villa (which is a great deal and better than renting at the course). Communication was excellent with Barry before we arrived. The kitchen could have had a few more supplies - measuring cups, coffee pot, more silverware (setting limited so we had to keep hand washing to keep up). I had to purchase some basic supplies like sponges for the counters, paper towels and toilet paper. The pictures posted of the villla show a private back yard which is not quite accurate- there is no privacy screen blocking the view of the side street which was not attractive. A car is definitely needed and will give you access to the beauty of Murcia. We played golf at several local courses - they were all great.. Restaurants were fabulous and easy to find. Overall it was a fabulous trip!

Absolutely fantastic stay everything was seamless from booking to check out. We went in January and got really nice weather had the heated pool which was a must and it was really warm. Stayed with 4 small kids and it felt so safe with the living room and master bedroom all leading to the pool. We would highly recommend stating here. It was quiet season and the club house was quiet but food was beautiful and staff so nice and friendly. Shop had everything. We had a car so got out in the mornings until it warmed up a bit then spent all evening in the pool.

My wife and I stayed here for a week to get away from the rubbish British weather in November. The villa is lovely and has everything you will need. Located a short walk from the club house restaurant and supermarket on-site. Heated pool completed a perfect week.

We had two weeks at the property. The location is great, 5-10 minute walk to the clubhouse here the local shop, bar and restaurant is located. The food at the restaurant is very good and fairly priced. The property was perfect for what we needed and was as advertised. All questions we had prior to and during our stay were dealt with swiftly. Would stay here again.

We had a good week at the property, however there were broken chairs in the garden which were snapped and could not be used and mould on the bedroom walls which was not a great first impression The property needs some maintenance repair works to the pool as the tiles were also falling off Overall we had a good week Jenny

Great Villa
Excellent when you arrive the security guard guides you straight to the villa or it would take you some time to find it as the complex is large. The Villa was more than big enough for 4 adults a 2 small children. Spacious inside & out. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Air con works well and no need to leave it on when going out as it cools down very quickly. We found if you left all the shutters closed and used only the kitchen access to the outdoor area the villa stayed cool anyway. Golf resort shop was very reasonably priced. The club house serves good food and the staff are great with the kids, try the mixed fish sharing platter..fab. Only minor problems we had were there was no Wi Fi password code in the welcome folder but we text Sally (property manager) and she had the password to us within the hour. We had requested a high chair and there was not one in the property again Sally had it to us first thing the next morning. Great location for exploring Murcia and San Javier area. Thanks for a fab 2 weeks with the family.

A geat property
We had a lovely stay at this villa we really enjoyed our time here. The villa is well equipped with everything you need its beautifully decorated and set in a lovely location, there is a supermarket a few minutes away. The owners are also very nice and efficient in communication. The kids loved the swimming pool plan to go back next year.

The Villa is in great condition and in an excellent location. It has all the amenities and facilities that you would want, everything is kept very clean and the pool was fantastic for our three boy and ourselves to help cool off in the hot temperatures. Villa owners were very responsive and easy to reach both during the booking process and whilst we were there with any questions we had. We would if visiting El Valle Golf stay here again !

Fantastic villa is a nice quiet location. Heated pool is an extra bonus!
Had a lovely week staying in this villa. The master bed was very comfortable and the villa was in great condition. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking etc. Both bathrooms really good spec, one with a lovely big shower and the other with a whirlpool type bath. The outside space is fantastic, great for lounging by the pool. The BBQ area with big table and chairs was great. The place is easy to find, and if driving from Alicante airport it's a pretty easy drive on quiet-ish main roads, so if you're apprehensive about driving abroad, you need not worry. The on-site small Spar shop really does have most stuff you'd need, we were pretty surprised. Also the supermarket we used while staying is only 20 minutes away (towards Mercia), bear in mind that 6 minutes of that is within the "complex". So again very easy to navigate to and from. We decided while there it would be nice to get the pool heating turned on. I message the owner about it, not long after the pool guy (a very friendly helpful Brit with good local knowledge) to do the pool maintenance and he got in touch and had a response withing minutes and turned the heating on for us before he left which was great Had a great stay at this place, surpassed expectations and would love to stay again in the future!

We were extremely happy with the villa , clean and modern . Good air conditioning and access to Wifi . Good distance from the on site club house , maximum 10 minute walk . Villa had a well equipped Kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely outside barbecue area with seating. Swimming pool good size and cleaned by a visiting pool cleaner on a regular basis. Villa owners were very responsive and easy to reach both during the booking process and whilst we were there with any questions we had. We would if visiting El Valle Golf stay here again !
