Very old, apparently no renovation done since the 60's. Depressing, everything is dirty, from what I could see given the insufficient lighting. Yeurk. Bath is 4 foot long and shower is 4 foot high, so no shower possible that morning. Only the mattress and the outside door is new, everything else shall be renovated and I don't mean only repainting. No internet and no breakfast. Shall be half the price.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsWell it started off I paid for 2 rooms and when we got there they only had one but couldn’t refund my money for the other room said I would have to call hotels after an hour being transferred back and forth and no one to help me I just called my bank to dispute the transaction

It was not sanitary, carpets were very dirty, room was musty, no television reception, staff was very kind

No one in office upon arrival. Had to call a cell phone and wait approximately 10 minutes for personnel to arrive.. Did not provide breakfast as advertised. Bathtub had “scum” in it. Flies in room. Dirty washcloth hanging on bathroom door. Poor air conditioning. 1 coffee pod for 4 adult guests.

When I arrived at 11:00 PM, the room was stifling hot and took quite some time to cool down. The t.v. did not work. When I took a shower the first morning, there was no shampoo. I could not find where they were serving breakfast. I am not a picky person, but when you pay $100 per night for a room, I at least expect minimum services.

Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsTerrible place: bathroom ceiling cracked and falling down, tv didn't work and the blind on the window was broken so people could look right in at the bed. They advertize a free breakfast. It turned out it consisted of a small bag of chili fritos and a packet of crackers. I refused to stay there. I am asking for a refund.

The woman at the desk was unpleasant. When we attempted to check in, she told us that she had given our room away because we arrived late despite having a confirmed reservation.
