Moyen malgré la taille de la chambre.

Hotel propre et situé sur une route fréquentée, ce qui engendre un peu de bruit. Chambre de grande taille, propre. Décoration un peu surannée comme tous les hôtels US. Un peu bruyant à cause des autres clients qui prennent le frais sur la coursive, et des ces portes de communication entre chambres. Petit-déjeuner lamentable dans une salle exiguë au possible. Best Western pourrait mieux faire. Une nuit OK, plus cela demande des efforts...

The room was disgusting. The air conditioner did not work properly and the humidity in the room had to be at 100. The carpet was nasty.

Property is a converted motel, and infrastructure and facilities are old and unpretentious. Linens and towels are old, though clean. Beds and matresses were good. Shower and bath were definitely showing their age, needing some caulk and paint. Some smell of disinfectant from the carpet. AC worked well! We were OK with it and stayed 3 nights. A reasonable stay for a fair price.

Not worth it.

The hotel itself was fine. No frills. Simple lodging. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was free. It wasn't the best breakfast around, but it filled an empty spot. My experience was unpleasant there, but not because of the room. There was an issue with check in and i dont know if it was the hotels fault, hotels.com's fault or both. The hotel claimed they couldn't find my reservation in their system once we arrived for check in. We had to sit and wait in the lobby for close to an hour before it was resolved. The hotel didn't even try to fix it. They made me call hotels.com to fix the problem myself. Hotels.com said their only option was to refund me, which didnt fix our problem of needing somewhere to sleep. The hotel said their only option was to have me book and pay for the room directly with them. So i ended up being charged twice for the room. I'm still waiting on my refund from hotels.com. check in was extremely painful and time-consuming. The front desk clerk wasnt very kind and was not very helpful at all. They did apologize in the end, but it didn’t make much difference at that point. I likely would not book a room at this hotel again and i wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone else either.

The systems sometimes do not communicate and when the reservation is booked through an online booking agent, this can happen and be very stressful. We do recommend our guest book directly to the hotel so that if were any issues, we are able to fix them immediately during the check in. We do apologize for the issues you experienced at check in with our hotel. We hope you will book again, directly through the hotel, so we are able to provide you an easier check in process and be able to enjoy your stay with us.

Pool was closed. Room was clean but needs updating. Carpet was old.
