Fall Family Vacation
Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWas visiting family in Murphy. My wife and myself, our 3 boys ages 8, 6, and 3. And two dogs. Our stay was perfect for what we needed. The kids love playing in the river and having fires at night. The dogs loved the giant yard and the pen was perfect for letting them out at night. All around it was a great trip and perfect location.

Very nice stay on the river
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was very nice and as shown on VRBO. There were all kinds of amenities including body wash and shampoo. Listening to the river was very relaxing, Overall the location is very good. Murphy is only 10-15 minutes away for shopping and restaurants.
The host was very helpful with any questions we had prior to our visit. The beds were ok but a little on the firm side. I think some of the living room furniture could use an upgrade.
We traveled with two dogs and the cabin was well suited for them. They seemed to enjoy their walks around the area.

Wonderful place on river. Fenced area for our dog.

Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the first VRBO that I have stayed in that everything is supplied. This is truly a bring your clothes and toothbrush and that’s it. The view is fantastic, the house is wonderful. Have already booked for next October.

Quiet and peaceful with a river view
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat stay at Trout Inn on Hiawassee River. Robbie our Host was easily in contact and informative. Loved the Inn and it was well stocked with everything you need and very comfortable. Loved to sit on the porch and listen to the river so peaceful. We also enjoyed our motorcycle rides to places of interest in not only NC but the neighboring states ad well. Definitely will be back.
