Wonderful large cottage!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Murphys! This place accommodated our family of 10 for five days during the Independence Day celebration. The rooms and beds worked well for our family and was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The kids enjoyed the bunk area and the adult couples each had their own room. We also enjoyed the large fenced back yard and loved the deck and front porch area during the evening hours. Nicely appointed…We would definitely rent this place again! Close to downtown Murphys…easy walking distance. There was a heat wave during our time there, but air conditioning kept us cool. Great communication as well. We are looking forward to returning.

Wonderful location…

We had a great stay. Location is three blocks from downtown. It was very walkable for all of us. The unit is appropriately furnished. Our problems seem to be with the property management company alone. In advance of the trip we asked if there was a barbecue grill. The property management company, Evolve, reported that there was none. We changed our menu and planned accordingly. Consider us surprised when we saw three burner weber grill on the deck. We were obviously giving false information by the property management company. we further noticed only one trash bag was available for a three day stay. Additionally, there was only one dishwashing pod, both requiring trips to the store. Perhaps more distressing with the communication with the property management company, Evolve, the folks to give us the bum information about the barbecue grill. Following our stay I communicated with Evolve, asking for an explanation about the grill and the missing household items. They wanted photographs of the missing items (ridiculous). Eventually, we were told we would not get a refund because our photograph evidence was insufficient. This suggests to me that the fine folks at Evolve are not reading their emails. We NEVER requested a refund or credit. Wow. The unit was very nice.

We apologize for any inconvenience this oversight may have caused. - As for the trash bags and dishwasher pods, if you don't find them under the sink, they can be found in a backup supply cabinet. House was great!

We loved it! It was very spacious! I would have liked the outside tables and chairs to have been cleaned we had to dust them off before we could use them and the wooden awning in the front of the house, the paint chips were all over the place we couldn’t eat at that table. Inside was fantastic.

This property is just perfect. Beautifully decorated, well kept and very comfortable. Short and picturesque walk to downtown Murphy's. We definitely plan to return very soon.

Great layout for teens

Our family of 9, including 3 teenage boys, enjoyed this lovely home nestled near Murphys downtown. The bunk room proved perfect for the teens. Plenty of indoor/outdoor space to spread out. Our family chefs loved cooking on the Viking range and outdoor gas grill. It’s a well-appointed property, in a superb location definitely highly recommended by our group.

Great house in great location

We rented this home for a family gathering and it was just perfect for us. The location close to town was perfect. We enjoyed hanging out inside and outside. Would recommend.
